Kelly Coffey, founder of StrongCoffey.com, is a coach and consultant who helps women build confidence, self-esteem, and sustainable success through personal transformation. Her mission and message were powerful—but despite consistent audience interest, she was struggling to convert interested leads into paying clients.
Kelly wanted to feel more confident promoting her work, but traditional sales tactics felt pushy and inauthentic. That’s when she decided to work with Dr. Dennis Cummins and learn his Invitational Selling System, also known as the Six-Figure Sales Talk Formula—a proven communication framework that helps entrepreneurs inspire action through authentic connection.
Kelly’s challenge wasn’t her message—it was the delivery.
Her original webinar was packed with valuable insights, but it didn’t clearly lead her audience toward taking the next step. The transition from “helping” to “inviting” felt uncomfortable.
She wanted a presentation that:
Felt natural and aligned with her voice and mission.
Authentically guided her audience to invest in themselves.
Created consistent conversions without feeling salesy or forced.
In a focused private session, Kelly and Dr. Cummins worked together to completely redesign her webinar using the Invitational Selling framework.
Together they:
Clarified the emotional journey of her audience and the transformation she delivers.
Crafted a new webinar script and story flow built around audience connection.
Integrated Dennis’s Six-Figure Sales Talk structure to position her offer as the natural next step.
Practiced conversational transitions to build trust and invite commitment confidently.
Within days, Kelly had internalized the system, re-shot her webinar, and put it live.

formulato grow her herself by 600% in one weekJust one week later, the results were astounding.
“One week after working with Dennis, I created a new webinar using all the things I learned.
My sales increased 600%!
I’m making 6X more money and helping 6X more women than before—and… having 6X more fun.
Thanks for taking the fear out of self-promotion and teaching me your system.”
— Kelly Coffey, Founder, StrongCoffey.com
By applying the Invitational Selling system, Kelly transformed not only her sales numbers but also her confidence. She now speaks to her audience with ease, knowing her message genuinely serves—while also creating remarkable business growth.
When sales are built on invitation instead of persuasion, transformation happens—for both the client and the coach.
Through Dr. Dennis Cummins’ Invitational Selling / Six-Figure Sales Talk Formula, coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs can design presentations that connect authentically, inspire trust, and convert with integrity.

]]>I have a little analogy… I believe people and opportunities are like matches.
Watch the video to see it in action, or if you prefer reading, it’s a little lower down this page.
[mk_blockquote style=”line-style” font_family=”none” text_size=”22″ align=”left”]If you want to Ignite Your Future, you’re invited to my free online video workshop Turn Your Passion Into Profits – Click here to see the schedule.[/mk_blockquote]
Imagine you’ve got this book of matches. This is just like people.
There are opportunities all around the world. But what happens is, people don’t see those opportunities…
Because they never leave their house.
If you don’t leave the house – if you don’t go outside – the matches are never going to light.
You’re never going to ignite your future.
In order to do that, you have to get outside. And by the way…
Even just getting outside, that takes a little bit of work. That match is not going to come out on its own.
You’ve got to wiggle it a little bit, you’ve got to tease it a little bit, and finally you put a little pull and then the match comes out.
Woo hoo! Step #1 of success!
Wow, that’s great! Then… you need to know what to do with it.
You want to light that on fire. If you want to inspire, and ignite your future, you’ve got to light it.
So what do you do?
If I took the match and I just rub it on the front of the match case, nothing’s going to happen, because it’s not the right tool… It’s not the right strategy.
Yet in life, people use the wrong strategy all the time.
They try to do something that they think should work, that they heard, “sometimes works” – but they do it over and over again. And they realize…
It didn’t light.
It didn’t light.
It didn’t light.
And yet, they keep using the same strategy over and over again. And they wonder why they haven’t gotten different results.
They wonder why things aren’t different for them.
If you want better results, you need some better information.
You are where you are because of your level of knowledge, understanding and experience up to this point. There’s no problem with that. But if you want more in your life, if you want to ignite change in your life, you’ve got to have some new information.
You need somebody to come and tell you, “Hey, there’s a better way! I have an idea. Here’s what you should do – you should turn the matchbook around.”
And now, on the other side is that friction pad. That’s where the excitement happens, ladies and gentlemen. Friction is good.
Now here’s what happens: People do that. They do it, but it’s change.
Nobody really likes change.
So what they do, is they try that change, and they go really slowly. Because they want to go slow… and nothing happens.
See, they’re in the right spot. They did the work, they went to the effort of getting the match outside of the box. They left their house. And instead of continuing to rub the match on the wrong side of the matchbook, they actually were able to find out the right way to do it.
They had kind of the right strategy… but then what happens is their own limiting beliefs kicked in. And it held them back… And it caused them to go slow… And when you go slow, nothing happens.
There are a lot of people who put a lot of effort in. They lean into that match, and they press down, and they’re really working hard! But they’re going slow at it. And they keep holding themselves back at every opportunity.
There’s another group of people – the people who are, “Woo hoo! I’m IN!!!! I’m going gung ho!!!”
I like to call them “The Dabblers.” They’re like a dog wagging its tail over and over… And they’re in the right spot…
But they never put enough focus on what they want to do.
That focus is the pressure, that focus is what builds the friction.
When it comes to friction, here’s one of the interesting things… Friction is that force when you’re rubbing against something. Friction is maybe even a little bit uncomfortable.
Most people try to avoid friction in their lives.
They try to look for the path of least resistance. They’re willing to go there… they’re willing to go there fast. But without any friction, nothing happens.
If you want success in your life:
You’ve got to be willing to have a little bit of friction, and the right focus, and if you do…
That’s when success will happen for you.
If you do, that’s when your future ignites.
If you do, that’s when you’re going to have anything you’ve ever wanted in your life.
And life becomes amazing.
Be willing to step outside of your box.
Be willing to take the action that you need to… with focus… with dedication… with persistence and with speed.
If you’re willing to do those things, you can set your future on fire.

Knowledge is the key to wealth in knowledge based communities. Therefore, professionals should constantly learn and develop to stay ahead of the pack. When the spirit of entrepreneurship is married with the learner personality, a new kind of professional is developed.
Typically, entrepreneurs are people that manage and facilitate a business, or multiple businesses and adopting risks that are greater than normal. Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, Pierre Omidya of eBay, Peter Thiel of PayPal, Niklas Zennstrom of Skype, Jeff Bezos of Amazon, Michael Dell of Dell Computers, and Herb Kelleher of Southwest Airlines are among some of the most well-known entrepreneurs.
Adult learning is most often thought of as a formal or informal self-directed, on-the-job process which is created to enhance adaptive potential. Learning can result from a variety of interactions. Coaching, mentoring, e-learning, blended learning, job rotation, experiential learning, and job shadowing can bring a wealth of educational experiences.
Then when combing the entrepreneur and learning professional, a new kind of educator is created. This is a creator of learning and development opportunities. Entrepreneurial learning professionals typically demonstrate the following characteristics: a defined curiosity, passionate about learning, a high motivation to design and create own learning, identifying opportunities to learn, adaptive learners, experiential learners, able to learn, relearn, and unlearn; engages in fun and play in peer relationships, viewed as an energizing partner, demonstrated experience with technology, and thrives in knowledge and creatively bases workspaces.
Does this sound like you? Learning and development in organization can easily migrate to opportunities to craft and create learning and development. While entrepreneurship may not be on your radar screen, if you exhibit several of the aforementioned qualities there may be a great opportunity resting at your fingertips. Challenge yourself to create more than just learning opportunities, and anticipate great things happening.

Have you ever struggled to find the words to describe yourself? “Nice”, “Friendly”, “Funny”, “Quiet”… these words don’t really capture it do they? It’s not easy to find the words to describe yourself, but what if you could? What if you could find the right words to describe who you are at your best? Once you find the perfect words, they become more than just words. They become your Anthem. It gives you a rallying cry! An Anthem is a tagline for your personality. It’s like your own personal version of Nike’s “Just Do It.” Have you noticed that when a brand finds its perfect words it becomes more profitable, more valuable and more loved? The same is true for you.
Begin this creative process by imagining the 5 most influential people in your life. Consider these people as your own personal Board of Directors. What would each of these people say about you? It is okay if you don’t know them personally. For example, if Bono is on your list, then what U2 song do you most relate to? Once you have this information gathered. Look for recurring themes, and your Anthem will rise up just like a Phoenix in the desert.
Leave it behind
You’ve got to leave it behind
All that you fashion, all that you make
All that you build, all that you break
All that you measure, all that you feel
All this you can leave behindAll that you reason, all that you care
(It’s only time and I’ll never fill up all my mind)
All that you sense, all that you scheme
All you dress up, and all that you see
All you create, all that you wreck
All that you hateWalk on
– Excerpt from “Walk On” as performed by U2.
If this was your song, can you identify what your Anthem would be?
We live in a distracted, busy world. And people need shortcuts. Once you find your Anthem, it will make it easy for people to recognize and reward you for who you already are. Find your perfect words to describe what makes you different and extraordinary. When you find these words — when you live them — you’ll feel energized and focused and in the flow.

This is such a powerful statement. How can a person not become a product of their circumstances? There is a moment of reaction in each interaction, situation, and conversation. In this fleeting moment is your opportunity to make a decision. “How do I react to this encounter?” You have an emotional, verbal, and physical decision to make about your reaction. The key to this conundrum is that “you have a decision to make”. You have to decide how this interaction is going to affect you, and how are you going to respond. Will you crouch in fear, or rise with courage? Did you know that you can even decide if the interaction will cause an intense emotional response from you in the form of anger, fear, happiness, or joy? Yes, you have the power of the decision. The ball is in your court. It is your turn. You are on the offense, and what will be your play? Are you a product of your circumstances? Did your circumstances make you the way you are today? No, your decisions made you who you are today. Did you make the right decisions? Did you even know you had the power to decide?
This is a very empowering perspective to ponder. Take a moment to replay an encounter that you experienced today. In this encounter, how could you change the outcome? Imagine what would be the ripple effect of one simple word of encouragement with the barista who made your coffee. Or, when your boss said “hello” could have been your opportunity to make a different impression. Take possession of these moments and turn them into opportunities.
From this moment forward, BE the product of your decisions. Live purposefully, and direct your life in the direction that you want it to go. You have the ability to decide what will make you happy or sad. You have the ability to decide if you want a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle. You even have the decision of how you want other people to perceive you. Find the courage to use this gift to your advantage, and focus on this personal power.
As Bruce Lee said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” Become the expert, not the jack-of-all-trades. Do not brag about your multitasking skills, rather be the person that can zero in on a target like a F-15 fighter jet. Be fierce in your desire to succeed, and FOCUS.

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone
It can be easy to get stuck in a comfort zone and find that life has become an endless round of the same routine. However, once in a while it is good to find a way to break with comfortable daily patterns and deal with life in a different way. By challenging yourself to try a new skill, new mindset or new activity it is possible to get a new perspective on your life and abilities. Taking a new approach to life, work or how leisure time is used, can often bring huge benefits in attitude and energy levels. Challenging yourself and opening up to new experiences will also take you on a journey of personal growth and development which can provide great rewards.
Many people are discouraged from trying something new due to a fear of failure or a lack of self belief which leads them to assume they will fail. These are self limiting fears which can be turned around by making the decision to ignore doubts and negative comments. When you make the decision to take a positive step towards a new goal or achievement that is the beginning of a journey away from the limitations that you, or the people around you, have placed on your life. If you do not try, you will never know and, even if the journey does not take you exactly where you imagined, the experience will provide an opportunity for learning and growth. Once that process has begun it builds momentum which can help overcome the barriers that have been previously considered too difficult to overcome.
Setting out towards a new level of personal achievement can often be the beginning of a journey towards happiness, more confidence, increased energy and more self fulfillment. Accepting that it is possible to reach a personal goal and finding the initiative to progress towards that target brings new personal growth, a wider perspective on life and a better understanding of the attitude needed for success. The pride you feel from taking control of your own life and taking on new experiences with an open mind will further build the positive energy you are creating for your journey. These changes in perception alone can contribute to a life affirming shift in your outlook. The personal development and growth in confidence from accepting a new challenge can lead to far wider benefits for your life and mindset.
The power of challenging yourself is that it may lead to discovering new skills or achieving things that were previously though to be out of reach. By setting a personal target beyond normal levels of experience or daily activity it is possible to discover a new sense of achievement. Disregard any ideas of your own limits or lack of ability and make a positive decision to achieve something which has previously seemed out of reach. The results from aiming higher can be startling and success in reaching a personal goal will lead to further confidence to go on accepting challenges. Once you start the journey towards a long held ambition or target it can be just one step in an incredibly fulfilling and motivating life experience.

Don’t have regrets; make good memories now
Many people get to the end of their lives and wish they had done certain things or lived their lives a particular way. However it is possible to take control of your future and live life in a way which will create good memories. Here are five ways to start building a future without regrets:
Is there something you always wanted to do? Then make it happen!
Many people are prevented from accomplishing an ambition or life dream by a set of obstacles they create themselves. There are a huge number of people who have overcome great physical, emotional or mental barriers in order to achieve great things. What they all have in common is they knew what they wanted to do and then set about systematically removing the barriers until they achieved their goal. These people do not have special characteristics or different natural abilities; they simply have determination, courage and work hard. If they can do it so can you.
The wonderful thing about achievement is that once you have succeeded, you open your mind to a whole new reality in which you can do anything if you set your mind to it. The journey to achieving your goals teaches you about yourself and how to deal with obstacles or anxieties. Once you have started the journey, you are learning all the time and this new knowledge is invaluable for your next voyage towards achieving your personal goals. The sense of pride and accomplishment you feel from completing a personal goal can be a huge motivating factor for taking on your next challenge.
By enlisting the help and support of people around you it can increase your chances of success enormously. Everybody has days when they are lacking in energy or self-belief. These are the times when a good team of people around you can inspire and encourage you to get back on track. Sometimes we worry about being a burden or find it hard to trust other people to deliver on our behalf. However, most relationships are built on mutual trust and respect so the people around you are likely to want to see you succeed and be happy. If you find it hard to identify people who can give you the support you need then consider if you need more specialist or expert advice and backing. Many personal ambitions require professional tuition or the input of someone who has achieved the specific task themselves. If a lack of confidence or anxiety is the biggest barrier to making your dreams a reality then enlist the help of a counselor or life coach. The important thing to remember is that it is not necessary to do it on your own.
Success rarely happens overnight. It takes hard work and a consistent approach, day by day to achieve your goals. A great amount of self-discipline may be needed to keep focused and maintain the effort required. However if you keep your goal in mind and use the support of the people around you to maintain your motivation it is possible to stay the course. Self-control also helps in moments of doubt or anxiety. You can use relaxation techniques to calm your thoughts and emotions and tune out any negative voices. Look after yourself physically to ensure you are in the best shape for achieving your dreams. Eating healthily, getting good sleep and regular exercise can all help by ensuring your body has the energy it needs to pursue your goals. Some people benefit from a daily routine or a sense of order in their environment. This can provide the right structure within which to succeed.

The key to success is to have a good balance of drive and ambition with humility and compassion. The brash, self-promoting, materialistic view of success that is often seen through the media is not likely to provide the fulfillment that most people are looking for. However calm, thoughtful, considerate confidence which empowers people to help themselves and their community enables individuals to overcome personal barriers and work well with others.
Some people find it hard to take on a new challenge without fear and anxiety overcoming their desire for change. Others experience difficulties in achieving personal goals which discourage them from persisting. If you find it hard to be positive about your chances of succeeding at something then it can help to change your perspective. Be purposeful and do not let past experiences or frustration distract you. If you experience anxiety then try relaxation techniques or get some help from friends or family who are positive and can offer support. If you are still finding it difficult to find the confidence to reach your goals in life then enlist some professional help and consult a coach or therapist to help you discover your self-belief.
There is a big difference between the type of self-confidence which enables people to achieve in life and the type of confidence shown by people with narcissistic personalities. People who exhibit narcissism are usually self-obsessed, show little concern for other people, have a sense of entitlement and have an unrealistic view of their own abilities. This type of over-confidence often results in failed relationships and an inability to work well with other people. Try not mistake the outward appearance of confidence with genuine qualities for success.
It always helps to take time out, step back from what you are doing and reflect on progress so far. By checking if you are still on-course you can take control of your personal growth and development. If things are going to plan reward yourself and feel pride in a job going well. If things have shifted and you have been knocked off-course or distracted then you have a chance to get back on track. If you are unhappy with what you have achieved so far do not get preoccupied with regrets or guilt. Make a decision to draw a line under any negative experiences and move on with your plans.
By treating the people around you with compassion and respect you demonstrate a form of mature confidence which elicits respect in return. It may sometimes seem as if people get what they want by treading on others and belittling their work. However this approach does not encourage people to feel good about themselves or the culture they are operating in. By taking a calm, thoughtful and considerate approach to your relationships with other people you will feel good about yourself and encourage a culture of respect around you. To develop a sense of compassion and patience in dealing with others it can help to get a different perspective. By helping less fortunate people you can benefit from greater insight and a broader view of the world. Working for a charity, community project or offering your time as a volunteer can help you discover new skills while expanding your horizons and getting a better perspective on your own skills and life experiences.
