Most people feel that the opposite of anxiety is calmness. Another useful opposition to anxiety is excitement. It keeps the energy, but changes it from negative to positive. This is a great lesson people could learn to change negative mental self talk and deeper issues in self-image and self-hate. For a better world, pointing out others flaws and mistakes does no one good – only causes more contention and negativity. We all could use a dose of “kick in the ass” and reminder that change for the better starts in the mirror and within.

The old “word-of-mouth” saying is absolutely true! In my old school training-20 years ago- in practicing what I preach, I can honestly say that a referral is the highest compliment and consistency with the service and appreciation will keep them with you for a very long time! They need not stray if all their needs are being met with a “service with a smile” sttitude 🙂 It’s really not that hard, good old fashioned customer service is pretty easy, and virtually non-existent to my dismay…
