We appreciate every customer and we thank them each time they purchase something from us. We also send them a discount link for their next purchase in the email receipt each time they make a purchase. It’s an easy way for us to give them something in return for their continued business. We’ve also mentioned some of our customers on Twitter and added links in our Legal Directory for lawyers and law firms who have purchased legal forms from us. If we can send business back to them, it helps us to build a stronger community among our site users.

I woke up this morning thinking that the best way to make myself feel good about my day is to sincerely praise, or show gratitude for, a colleague, friend, family member, stranger, etc.

Like so many things, when done with brevity and honesty, kindness has a way of rebounding back to you.
