In my old school training-20 years ago- in practicing what I preach, I can honestly say that a referral is the highest compliment and consistency with the service and appreciation will keep them with you for a very long time! They need not stray if all their needs are being met with a “service with a smile” sttitude 🙂 It’s really not that hard, good old fashioned customer service is pretty easy, and virtually non-existent to my dismay…
